CDL Truck Driver – Redi Mix Concrete

Staley Supply is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CDL Truck Driver to join our team in delivering Redi mix concrete to various job sites. As a CDL driver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations while adhering to all safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport Redi mix concrete to construction sites.

• Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety protocols.

• Load, mix, and deliver concrete according to customer specifications.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, handling routes and schedules efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the truck and equipment.

• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Staley Supply’s safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in operating concrete mixer trucks is preferred.

• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as required.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
